A New Season, A New Beginning
In Japan, spring carries a special weight. The arrival of sakura (桜 — cherry blossoms) marks not just a change in weather but a cultural moment of renewal, gratitude, and fresh beginnings. At Nana no Heya, we honor this seasonal rhythm by updating our treatment menu to reflect what the skin and spirit need as we transition from winter's heaviness into spring's lightness.
This season's menu is centered around three themes: renewal, radiance, and release.
New Spring Treatments
Sakura Brightening Facial
Our signature spring facial uses products infused with cherry blossom extract (Prunus serrulata) — known for its gentle brightening properties and delicate floral fragrance. This treatment addresses post-winter dullness, uneven skin tone, and dehydration accumulated during the colder months. It includes double cleansing, enzyme exfoliation, a targeted brightening serum, a cooling sakura sheet mask, and finishing SPF application.
Duration: 75 minutes
Spring Renewal Body Ritual
A full-body treatment combining a gentle salt and rice bran exfoliation scrub with a warm botanical oil massage. Designed to shed the heaviness of winter and leave skin silky and luminous. The oil blend for spring includes yuzu, hinoki cedar, and white tea — a combination that feels both energizing and deeply calming.
Duration: 90 minutes
Hanami Relaxation Massage (60 min)
Hanami (花見) — the Japanese tradition of sitting beneath flowering trees and simply appreciating their beauty — inspired this new massage format. It is intentionally unhurried, incorporating long, sweeping strokes and gentle lymphatic techniques. A warming cherry blossom-scented compress is applied at the end to ease any remaining tension in the shoulders and neck.
Duration: 60 minutes
Seasonal Add-Ons
Any spring treatment can be complemented with the following add-ons:
- Warming scalp ritual — 15-minute Japanese head massage with camellia oil
- Sakura eye mask treatment — cooling eye patches with collagen and cherry blossom peptides
- Hand and nail care — nourishing hand mask and gentle cuticle treatment
